- Profile Information: Address, profile picture, and service preferences.
- Payment Information: Credit/debit card details and bank account information for processing payments.
- Financial Account Data: When you link your bank account using our payment services (powered by Stripe Financial Connections), we may collect your bank account number, routing number, and account balance information.
- Service Information: Details about services you request or provide, including photos, descriptions, and communications.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Connect customers with service providers
- Send notifications about your account, services, and updates
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
- Comply with legal obligations
Financial Data and Stripe Financial Connections
We use Stripe Financial Connections to allow you to securely link your US bank accounts for ACH payments. When you use this feature:
- Your bank account information is securely transmitted through Stripe's services
- We use this data solely for processing payments for services within our platform
- We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for marketing purposes
- Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with industry standards
Information Sharing
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting)
- Between Users: Relevant information is shared between customers and service providers to facilitate services

Account Deletion and Data Removal
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account from within the app:
- Open FixHub Pro and log in to your account
- Go to your Profile or Personal Information screen
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Provide a reason for deletion (required)
- Type DELETE to confirm
- Enter your password for verification
- Tap "Permanently Delete Account"
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Your chat messages and shared media (photos, videos, files)
- Your service requests and history
- Your payment methods and transaction records
- Your contracts and digital signatures
- Any uploaded documents (licenses, insurance proofs)
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us at fixhubpro2025@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account.
Note: Accounts with pending payments or active service requests must resolve those before deletion can proceed.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
